Platoon OutdoorWhat makes Platoon unique is the structure and discipline that is the cornerstone of our daily outdoor training.  No two workouts are alike and it is done outside in the fresh air.  You won't get sick of the routine because there is no routine.  You'll meet new people and end up having coffee with them after the workout. 

Our instructors are constantly training to improve, they have personality that your exercise machine doesn't.  We will warm you up, stretch you out, work you out in a fun and varied way, then cool you down and stretch you out again. 

Remember, your job is to show up and work to the best of your ability, we will do the rest. Here is a sample of the Platoon outdoor program:
Monday - Lower body
Tuesday - Upper body
Wednesday - Mostly cardio
Thursday - Lower body
Friday - Upper body
Saturday - Instructors choice
Every day has some cardio element and a stretch.
