Everyone gets angry sometimes. Everyone gets fearful particularly about the unknown. We live in a cynical society, but all around us is joy and so much to feel grateful for. I believe that having a feeling of gratitude, cultivating a feeling of gratitude, drives out fear and anger. It’s very difficult to feel fear or anger when you first feel gratitude. The only challenge is like exercising a muscle you have to work at flexing your gratitude.
What if you started each day with a series of questions to help you control your focus?
What do are most grateful for today? Who are you most grateful for in your life right now? When was the last time you felt true gratitude?
Try starting with these questions for 10 days and let me know what results you get.
