Platoon Personal Training practices CANI (Constant and Never-ending Improvement). Training starts by helping you discover your primary and secondary goals. Then we develop a structure to reach them, hold you accountable and motivate you to have the discipline to consistently reach new goals. The first step our professional Instructors take is to help you figure out what you want to accomplish. We call this “first things first”. We make sure you have proper form and believe in form over repetition. We don’t care how many reps you do, as long as they are perfect.
We offer half-hour and hour fully customized sessions at your location, IN-Home, or at one of our personal training centers. Our Bryn Mawr facility is the largest gym dedicated solely to personal training in the country. We don’t have plasma TV’s, juice bars, or spa facilities. We are Spartan.
