I feel they really listen to your goals (and also understand any ongoing physical limitations that I might have on a given day) and they are able customize a training plan. I have been training with Chris since he joined Platoon Fitness at American Water. He supports and motivates me anytime I come to the gym, whether it’s a during a group class or working out in the gym. My husband and I have been working out here for over three years now. We can’t say enough great things about this gym – everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful, and you are sure to find trainers here who are best-in-class. They will work with you to find training routines that work for you, no matter your age or what kind of condition you are in.
