As we begin to slowly and carefully open it’s important to remember why we do what we do.
Some of her members personal train to gain strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, stability, or at the suggestion of their physical therapist or health care professional. No matter why they walk in the door our job is to get the results and have fun doing it. To do it without injury in the most expedient way possible.
